In a salad bowl pour the flour, sugar, ground almonds. Form a well and add the egg and butter. Work by hand until you form a ball. Film the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and dab it with the wooden cube . Cut the cookies with the cookie cutter, place them on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 ° C. Leave the cookies to cool well out of the oven and decorate them with the golden surface coloring. Use a food brush dipped in water to thoroughly moisten the powder and obtain a golden coloring.
