Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Before placing an order with us, please ensure that you read the Terms and Conditions below. These are the terms you have accepted when ordering with us. We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time and you should read them when ordering.
Privacy and Security
Personal information is private and therefore treated with the highest standards of security and confidentially. We never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes other than within CakeCraft. We may hold your personal details in order to process your order and to maintain your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from failure by you to take the necessary measures to protect your account details.
We always do our best to have our product range in stock, but we do sometimes experience delays from our suppliers. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of any delay choose an alternative item or cancel your order.
Change of Order
Once an order has been processed, we will not accept any requests to add products or make alterations to the contents of the order. Where possible, if an order has not been processed, additions or alterations may be made.
We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or misuse. Items which are damaged or faulty must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt. After arrangement has been made, damaged or faulty goods must be returned in an unused condition within 14 days of complaint have been made. Please note we do not accept returns of food items. Items to be changed shall be returned at the the clients expense. Items bought from the “Grab a Bargain” Section are not returnable.
Edible and non-Edible Goods
We advise caution in the use of non-edible items on cakes and other edible goods. CakeCraft do not accept any liability whatsoever for the inappropriate use of any products.
Accuracy of Content
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this Website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging and some designs may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only.
Deliveries to Malta (excluding Valletta & certain areas in sliema) should be at a minimum of 15.00euros plus 2.00euro a delivery fee which is automatically calculated at checkout. For Gozo Residents items are send by courier and the same delivery fees as Malta applies. Postage fee depends on items ordered. Please contact us before placing order. Another option is to pick up items yourself from Mellieha (delivery fee do not apply).
