The Saracino sugarpaste (Pasta Top) is a high quality covering icing paste which is designed to be suitable for use in high humidity. It is also suitable for refrigeration.
It is suitable for colouring with powder or gel food colourings. As this paste can be easily coloured, the white offers versatility for design allowing you accurately match the other elements of the cake.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, rice starch, humectant: sorbitol (E420); stabilizer: tragacanth (E413), glycerol (E422); high oleic sunflower oil, color: titanium dioxide (E171); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202); acid: citric acid (E330).
