Cake Gel has many uses for example sealing / crumb coating cakes before icing, covering dummies before icing to create an adhesive surface and can be coloured and used to pipe writing or decorations onto cakes. Perfect for swimming pools, ponds or the sea, just simple add food blue colour to get the desired effect.
Can be used as edible glue too.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, Sucrose syrup, Gelling agent: pectin, agar-agar; modified starch, Acidity Regulators: Citric acid, sodium citrate, Preservative: Potassium sorbate.
