Marshmallow fondant by Renshaw, a mix of snow white rolled fondant with a delicious marshmallow taste. Especially suitable for covering cakes, because of its soft, flexible structure. The fondant will harden slightly when exposed to air. Available in a 2,5 kg pack.
You will need approximately 500 grams to fully cover a 24/26 diameter round cake. The fondant expires approximately in 6 to 9 months after purchase.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, added water, glycerine, emulsifier E471, Preservative E2020, flavouring, stabiliser E466, colouring E171.
