This maple baking emulsion has a delicious maple flavour. Maple Bakery Emulsion adds the rich flavour of real maple to your baked goods and frostings without adding sweetness. Use it just like you would a maple baking extract—with better results!
Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of using alcohol, the flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
Ingredients: water, solvent: E1520, natural and artificial flavouring, xanthan gum.
May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
