The LorAnn Profesional Bakery Emulsions distinguished from concentrated extracts with a rich, robust and long lasting taste. The emulsions are particulary suitable for use in more extreme environments. They could be processed at high temperatures. An excellent choise for all self making cakes, biscuits, cookies, but also for fillings, such as icing and desserts.
Almond baking emulsion has a delightfully warm, nutty flavour.
Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of using alcohol, the flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
