Lumea Cake Lace is a special powder to create sugar lace. For preparing you only need a little hot water and a mixer. The laces created from the mixture are very flexible, do not break and can be easily removed from the silicone mat, and even the small details remain visible. The finished product can be coloured with any dye spray or airbrush colourant. You can also colour the mixture with food colouring gel before inserting it into the silicone.

How to prepare:

250g Lumea Cake Lace powder

250ml of hot water.

100g of powder will make 25 -30 strips of lace (35 x 12cm)

How to use: In a bowl add 250 g of Lumea Cake Lace powder and 250 ml of hot water. Mix well with a mixer for about 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes frothy. Spread a suitable amount of the mixture on the lace-shaped silicone using a spatula until the gaps are filled, then leave it to dry in a clean, dry, warm place. You can use a fan for quick drying. Fan drying time is approx. 1.5 hours or 2.5 hours at room temperature. Keep the unused powder in accordance with the storage conditions in the original packaging, and the mixture prepared and unused in a hermetically sealed box and use it within 7 days. For colouring you can use gel food colouring that is added to the mixture or later pearl surface food colouring or spray food colouring.
