Velvet spray pink you can give your cake a beautiful pink velvet effect! But that’s not all, with this spray you can also give your ice creams, mousses and more a velvet effect.

User instruction: Keep at room temperature 20-25°C 2 hours before use. Shake well and warm up the can in warm water between 25-35°C. Spray a homogeneous layer on a frozen surface from 20-25 cm distance. The recommended setting-time before consumption is 4 hours. After use turn the can upside down and spray a few seconds to clean. Clean the nozzle with warm water if it does not spray evenly.

Ingredients: cocoa butter, colour: E171, E129, propellant gas: E943a, E943b, E944. E129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain traces of: milk, sulphite and soy. This product is: Kosher certified, Halal certified, suited for vegetarians, suited for vegans.

Maximum usable dose: 13 g/kg. For professional use only.
