Macarons De Paris by Madame LouLour – White (Gluten Free)



300g- Makes 27

Preheat oven to 130°C (fan) or 140°C. (1) Pour the powder mix into the bowl and add 80 g of egg white. (2) Whisk it for about 3/4 minutes. (3) Pipe the mixture into the mold and let it rest for approx. 1 hour. (4) Bake for 12-13 minutes. Remove the macarons from the molds once cooled.

Fill up with any filling of your choice.

What to add: 80 g of egg white.

Can be coloured using preferably dust colours
