Dust the molds with cornflour for easy release.
The best method for obtaining fine details is to tap in a small amount of paste but do not overfill. Use a small rolling pin over the mold and remove any excess paste with a blade tool and not with a knife to avoid damaging the mold.
Color the pieces with edible dusts or paint using a mix of dipping solution and dust and paste colors.
For fine details use edible ink pens and for extra shine and sparkle edible lustres can be used.
These Molds are suitable for use with sugarpaste, chocolate sugarpaste, marzipan, flowerpaste or melted chocolate.
We recommend to use 2 parts sugarpaste and 1 part flowerpaste for very small pieces.
These Molds are made in the UK from FDA approved food grade silicone.
Wash and dry well before use.
