Where do you Trade?

We offer deliveries of our items to the Maltese Islands and European countries. If your country is not listed on our shipping destinations please Contact Us for postal charges quoting the item SKU and quantity required.

How do I pay for my items?

Payment is done at checkout. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Revolut, Bov mobile payment or cash when item is picked up or delivered. If you opt to pay with VISA or MasterCard, at checkout choose the Paypal icon and follow instructions.

Payment will be taken from the card supplied by you. You will receive an invoice confirming payment taken. No goods will be dispatched before full payment is received.

What is the delivery cost?

Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price.

Delivery charge will be automatically calculated at checkout.

How and when is my ordered delivered?

For the Maltese Islands packets will  be delivered by us within 1-3 days of receiving order  Customers will receive an email or sms with the day and approximate time of delivery.

Packets to Europe will be delivered by post and may take from 3 to 15 days to arrive.

We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly, however be aware that delays are occasionally inevitable due to busy periods and unforeseen factors.

Can I change my order or my address?

Once an order has been despatched we cannot change the items or the delivery address from that originally stated on completion of checkout.

What happens if I am not home to receive the packet? (Overseas packets)

When packets are delivered  and you are not there to receive the parcel the delivery person will leave a note and it is your responsibility to call the delivery company to arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel. You will be eligible for the cost of us re-sending the goods if the parcel is returned to us.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided on your order you will be eligible for the cost of resending the parcel. Parcels will only be resend once the charges have been met.

What shall I do if I find a missing item or the wrong item in my packet?

On delivery of your packet please check the parcel contents. Any missing items must be reported either by email or by using our contact page within 12 hours of receiving your goods.
